Summer Fete

A gorgeous day for our summer Fete. Thank you to everyone who came and helped raise money for school. A special thank you to everyone who helped during the Fete, before hand and afterwards- your support is very much appreciated.

IDL Information

This session staff have ‘revamped’ the topics which will be studied as part of inter disciplinary learning at all stages of the school. Information for parents about this can be found on the school website under ‘School life’ at the bottom of the ‘Curriculum’ page.

Summer Fete

The weather is looking good for tomorrow thank goodness! Classes will be dismissed at the usual time – 12.05pm for P1-3 and 12.15pm for P4-7. Stalls will be set up and ready to go at 12noon. P7 pupils are involved in running the stalls as are some of the P6’s. Parents do not need to sign out pupils as they will be dismissed at the usual time. Pupils should attend the Summer Fete with an adult unless they are helping on the stalls. Fingers crossed all goes well tomorrow. Don’t forget to bring loose change!

Librarian Visit

Many thanks to Helen our local librarian who came to tell us all about the summer reading challenge today. She is going to come back after the holidays and present certificates and medals to pupils who have completed the space mission challenge. Get reading everyone. Only 6 books to complete the challenge- easy peasy!

Kind Eilidh

A huge well done to Eilidh who was awarded the Cup of Kindness at assembly this morning. She was awarded it for being so supportive, kind and caring towards not just her friends but everyone! She is a fabulous example for everyone to follow. Well done Eilidh.
