Due to storm Caroline tonights planned switch on of the Christmas Lights and lantern parade have been cancelled. This obvioulsy means the Carol Singing is also cancelled. It is hoped that the event will be rearranged very soon. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but better to be safe than sorry. Let’s hope storm Caroline doesn’t cause too much trouble. Take care out there!
A couple of our lovely mums will be working with the children to make lanterns for the parade after school on Wednesday in the school hall. Please see the newlsetter which was emailed/issued today for more details. Primaries 1-3 will work on their lanterns from 3.05-3.30pm and Primaries 4-7 from 3.30-4.00pm.
All pupils must bring an empty 2 litre plastic milk carton with them.
Just a wee reminder that there will be a wee St Andrew’s Day Celebration in the school hall between 2pm and 3pm tomorrow. The Community Links Group are hosting this event (their very first). Feel free to come along and join us for a cup of tea and enjoy the entertainment. We have some dancers and singers looking forward to performing.
Just a wee reminder to all P1-3 parents/carers that the P1-3 children will receive their Book Bags this afternoon in the hall at 2.30pm. If you would like to come and join us to see the children being presented with these you are more than welcome. Hope to see some of you later!
Have a good day.

Fantastic effort and all for a very good cause.
A massive well done to our House Captains and Deputies for running a ‘Spotacular’ morning of activities for the whole school, including Nursery. They rose to the challenge and took the lead. Brilliant job guys – super proud of you! Lots of money was raised but we need to wait until Monday for the P7 pupils to count it before we can share with you how much was raised.
A great morning with a fantastic team effort. Thank you Team Beauly!

After the success of our very first ‘Fruity Week’ a couple of weeks ago the SNAG committee have decided to make it a regular event. Next week (starting the 20th November) will be the start of our next Fruity Week and we plan to have these every fortnight. Please support this by encouraging your child to have fruit for their snack as much as possible during these weeks (and others if possible). The reward for the winning class will be a week off homework! The winners last time were the P7 class and they very much enjoyed their reward!
