Latest Highland Council Update

We have just had an email from HQ detailing steps to be taken in light of the Coronavirus situation. A detailed letter will be issued to all parents and carers tomorrow. This includes the council putting a stop to all activities which involve anyone out with immediate school staff and pupils. There are no plans for immediate school closures. As shared in the media, if your child has a continuous new cough and/or temperature, however mild, they should stay at home for 14 days. We appreciate your understanding, cooperation and support as we follow these guidelines. Take care and keep washing your hands.

There will be no Ryan tomorrow or for the foreseeable future as Ross County have suspended all involvement with schools for the moment. In line with the latest government guidelines please do not send your child to school if they have a persistent new cough or fever. The Parent Council meeting which was planned for tomorrow evening has been cancelled. Take care and keep washing your hands!

Cross country

Having problems uploading photos from today – hoping to get at least some of the cross country photos on the blog soon! Apologies.

P7 Class Photo

Calling all P7 parents …..the new date for the P7 class photo is Tuesday 14th April – the first day back after the holidays. Please could all P7 pupils look particularly gorgeous that day and wear their Leavers Hoodies and their best smiles. Please pop the date in your diaries.

Beauly Cross Country

We are planning to go ahead with our cross country tomorrow – it looks like perfect cross country running weather!! All P4-7 pupils are expected to take part and it is optional for the P1-3 children. They are likely to get wet and muddy so please ensure children are dressed appropriately and take spares items with them to change into afterwards. We are in desperate need of some parent helpers to marshal the course – please either contact the school office today or congregate in the school playground by the office tomorrow morning by 9.30am if you are able to help out. Races start at 9.45am.
