Apples please!

Evening!  On Tuesday 3rd October Mary Mackay, a parent volunteer, has very kindly arranged for an apple press to come to the school.  Members of the Garden Group and Eco Committee will be involved in preparing and going through the complete process of turning apples into apple juice.  We are fortunate to have a good crop of apples in the school garden and are looking forward to tasting Beauly Primary’s very own brand of apple juice.  However we don’t have quite enough apples to go round.  If you could donate any apples we would be very grateful …we might even manage to trade you some BPS Apple Juice in return!  We are happy to accept eating or cooking apples.  If you can spare a few apples please pop them in to school by Tuesday at the latest.

Thank you in advance!

Cup of Kindness

Huge well done to Oisin in P6 for setting such a good example to others and always showing kindness and consideration.  This was particularly evident last week at Cycle Training.  A super role model for others.

Crossing Patroller

We are delighted to announce that Catherine MacCallum will be our new Crossing Patroller as of Wednesday 20th September.  Wivie has very kindly agreed to show her the ropes so she will be in very good hands!  We would like to welcome Catherine to our team and wish her all the very best in her new job.

Basketball Cancelled

Apologies for the short notice but Adam has just been in touch to say he will have to cancel basketball this Friday and next (22nd September) due to unforeseen circumstances.
