Thank you, thank you, thank you!

A MASSIVE thank you to each and every one of you who placed an order for the children’s Christmas Cards. School has received an incredible £480.57 in profit!! Absolutely amazing – thank you so much.

An even bigger thank you goes to Judith Whitelaw for doing all the associated preparation, organisation and ordering of the cards – we are extremely grateful to you Judith!

Thank you all for being such wonderful supportive parents. This will give school funds a lovely boost.

On the Scrounge!

For the past few years we have been extremely lucky to have our Christmas trees donated to school. Our usual contact has now moved on from school and I am wondering if anyone out there has a contact in the Christmas Tree industry and would be willing to donate a tree for our school hall? If you are in that position and would be willing to help, please get in touch with me either by phoning the school or emailing at … harm in asking I figured!

Lucky Squares

Please support our Parent Council and buy one (or two) of our lucky squares to help raise money for school. There are some super prizes up for grabs. Contact Sharon to buy – see below for details.

Catch up tomorrow

I am aware that many of you will be worried with the current situation in school and how this will affect your own individual circumstances.

I am also aware that the children will be a bit confused as to what has happened and why some of them can’t attend school or nursery at the moment.

So I can explain to the children – both at school and at home – and yourselves the events of Friday I have set up a short google meet for tomorrow morning at 9.20am. This should last around 10 minutes. The link for this will be issued tomorrow morning via email by Tracey in the office.

This is purely an opportunity to share information with you. Please keep any questions you have for the meeting led by Fiona Shearer, Area Education Manager, tomorrow evening at 7.30pm. Details of this will also be sent out tomorrow.

Take care everyone.

Quote of the Week!

One of our house captains made me giggle this week ….”I underestimated the amount of work that being a house captains would result in!” I must have high expectations!!

Thank you Logic Alarms!

A huge thank you to Logic Alarms in Beauly for donating masks for all pupils (and staff) from nursery to primary seven. Lots of fun decorating them in Children in Need style! We are so lucky to have the support of some fabulous local businesses!
