Please could we remind all parents, as much as possible, to park cars at Braeview Park when dropping their children off and picking them up from school. This is to make it safer for our children and to avoid congestion on the road. I had a complaint from a member of the public on Friday raising concerns about the traffic issues on Croyard Road at the end of the school day.
A huge well done to Rhys, Danny, Riley and Harvey for doing so well at the 5km run in Inverness yesterday. Danny completed it in 22 minutes and 53 seconds!!

At the weekend Jamie took part in the Inverness Triathlon. He came first in his section and was also overall winner for the age 10-11 category. Amazing results!
A reminder that Robert Quigley from Highland Council will be running an e safety event for parents today at 5pm in the P6/7 classroom. This is open to all parents but especially important for P6 and P7 parents as chrome books will be issued to these pupils next week.
Callum won this badge from Beauly Angling Club for catching the heaviest trout at a competition on Sunday. Massive well done!
Our primary six/seven class are currently taking responsibility for leading the work on achieving the Bronze Level of the Rights Respecting Schools Award. They have become familiar with the UN Convention of the Rights of a Child which sets out the human rights of every person under the age of eighteen. The class will be sharing their knowledge over the coming weeks with everyone in the school community.
