Grand Total 💰

We raised a grand total of £228.67 at our Gaelic cafe today! Wow! 😱🤗👏🏻👏🏻
A huge thank you to our supporters – tha sibh direach sgoinneil!

Read all about it!

P3/4/5 have enjoyed watching Newsround as part of our class listening and talking sessions.

As it has sparked interest with the children we decided to deepen their learning by looking at newspapers and how they differ from other types of texts.

The children enjoyed looking at a variety of newspapers and managed to spot some of the different features that make a piece of text a newspaper article. We will be attempting to create our own newspaper articles after looking at model texts to support our learning.

Gaelic Cafe Wednesday 12th February ☕️🍪

Just a quick reminder that our Gaelic cafe will be running tomorrow (Wednesday 12th) in the gym hall.

The pupils have been working so hard and are very excited to welcome parents and carers.

Times are as follows…

P3/4/5 9.45 – 10.30

P6/7 11.30 – 12.15

P5/6 1.45 – 2.30

We look forward to seeing you then 😊

Lucky Ducky 🌟

P3/4/5 have been superstars all week and to prove it, they earned Lucky Ducky at assembly for the second week in a row! They were even trying to encourage others to show good listening at assembly. What excellent role models! 😇

Keep it up P3/4/5, we are very proud of you all! 👏🏻👏🏻🌟😍

Foodie Friday 😋

This week was our turn for Foodie Friday and our super chefs cooked gluten free chicken nuggets. They explained the process so well and remembered all the ingredients they had used.

And then they let us taste them! They were delicious! Well done!

P3/4/5 news!

Today Sophie and Harvey had news to share with us…

Sophie had the special job of being a flower girl at the weekend, so took in her beautiful flower headdress and lovely bracelet she’d been given. She also showed us some photos of the special day. ❤️

Harvey was busy making a Star Wars base at home so took in a photo to share his creation with us. 🌟

Well done you two! 👏🏻👏🏻
